People predicted that the internet would be the “Death of Reading”.  That is simply not true.  First, not everything is available online.  Second, not everyone has access to computers and/or can afford to connect.  Finally, contrary to predictions, during the time that the World Wide Web burst on the scene in the early nineties, library use has actually gone up.
