Just a quick reminder that the Poet Laurate of Kansas, Huascar Medina will be at the Clearwater Public library at 6:30PM on October 16, 2020 to give his presentation, “May Our Voices Ring True.” Huascar is a poet, writer, and performer who lives artfully in Topeka. He currently works as a freelance copywriter and as the Literary Editor for seveneightfive magazine publishing stories that spotlight literary and artistic events in Northeast Kansas. His poems can be found in his collection, How to Hang the Moon published by Spartan Press. His fourth coming book Un Mango Grows in Kansas will be released in 2020. Join us for this presentation.
