Today, April 15, marks the eighth anniversary of the 2013 Boston Marathon Bombing, which killed three individuals, injured hundreds, and affected thousands. Marathon runner Greg Kalkwarf, who now resides near Clearwater, wrote about his experience mere yards from the explosion, which occurred shortly after he waved to his family sitting near the finish line.
