Studies have shown that reading has a positive effect on the body as well as the mind and soul.  Reading a book can relieve stress better than taking a walk or listening to music.  People who read tend to have lower stress levels.

Adults at the Library?

According to the Gallup poll released on 1/28/2020, US  adults reported taking 10.5 trips to the library on average in 2019, about twice as many times as they went to the movies.  If you have not been to the Library lately, you are missing out!
